To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable laws, myFinTect™, LLC (DBA My Financial Architect), disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement and suitability for a particular purpose. myFinTect™, LLC (DBA My Financial Architect) does not warrant that the information will be free from error. myFinTect™, LLC (DBA My Financial Architect) is not a registered investment advisor. None of the information provided on this website is intended as investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, as an offer or solicitation of an offer to buy or sell, or as an endorsement of any company, security, fund, or other securities or non-securities offering.

The information should not be relied upon for purposes of transacting securities or other investments. Your use of the information is at your sole risk. Under no circumstances shall myFinTect™, LLC (DBA My Financial Architect) be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this site, even if myFinTect™, LLC (DBA My Financial Architect) or a myFinTect™, LLC (DBA My Financial Architect) authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Refund Policy: any of the plans you enroll in have been personalized for you. We take the time to get to know you and deliver a proposal that makes sense for you and your financial goals, but we do not do the work for you. It is ultimately the client's responsibility to follow through on all / any action items, to see results. For that reason, we cannot offer refunds to clients who do not see the myFin Plan™, ourFin Plan™, theFin Plan™, and oneFin Plan™ process through to completion.

Working with us: by using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Service.
  • You have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
  • You are appointing myFinTect™, LLC (DBA My Financial Architect) as your financial coach.
  • The terms of the Agreement do not violate any obligation by which you are bound, whether arising by contract, operation of law, or otherwise.
  • You consent to receive various communications via email or other electronic delivery method.
  • If you are using the Service on behalf of yourself and your spouse or significant other, whether or not you are married (the “Significant Other”), you represent and warrant that both you and your Significant Other agree to the terms of the Agreement.

From the date that you purchase any of our plans, you have six (6) months to complete the process. If you do not complete the process within that period, you acknowledge and agree that myFinTect™ is no longer obligated to work with you or to continue to allocate resources to your account, unless otherwise stated by myFinTect™, LLC (DBA My Financial Architect) in writing.

Upon completion of any of our plans (6 months after the start of the first payment date), our proposed plan may no longer be an accurate representation of your financial situation and financial needs. We will work with you during the 6 months of initial enrollment to include any life changes that occur and incorporate in the overall proposal (it is your responsibility to discuss with your coach such changes you would like updated in your plan, during the 1:1 biweekly sessions, or by sending an email to hello@myfintect.com). BUT you are responsible for being transparent and honest during the first session, so we can have the most accurate information for crafting your plan in the beginning.

Payments and Billing: myFinTect™, LLC (DBA My Financial Architect) bills you through direct invoicing that will be sent to your email account for use of the Service. You agree to pay myFinTect™, LLC (DBA My Financial Architect) all charges for the plan of your choosing, at the prices then in effect for any use of the Service by you or other persons (including your agents) using your Email Account where the invoice will be received (email will be provided by you "the client", and upon clicking invoice to process payment, you authorize myFinTect™, LLC (DBA My Financial Architect) to charge your chosen payment provider (your “Payment Method”) for the Service. You agree to make payment using that selected Payment Method. myFinTect™, LLC (DBA My Financial Architect) reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment.

Prices for the services offered by myFinTect™, LLC (DBA My Financial Architect), can be found under the "pricing" section of www.myfintect.com.

The Client will pay myFinTect™, LLC (DBA My Financial Architect) a plan fee as outlined in the "pricing" section of www.myfintect.com. By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription consists of a recurring payment feature on a monthly basis, or a one-time payment covering the total duration of the program (billing and payment preferences to be selected by you "the client" during the first call, and by paying your first invoice you agree to the subscription method of preference - one time full payment - or - monthly recurring payments- You accept responsibility for all recurring charges during the program, that you have agreed to in writing.

If you wish to cancel your plan at any time, you must do so by submitting in writing to hello@myfintect.com - with the reason for your cancelation. We are under no obligation to accept such cancelation request. If you wish to change your payment method, you must request it in writing to hello@myfintect.com. Until you provide notice (confirmed in writing by myFinTect™, LLC (DBA My Financial Architect) that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method, your account will be charged. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before myFinTect™, LLC (DBA My Financial Architect) could reasonably act.

You are under no obligation to continue working with myFinTect™, LLC (DBA My Financial Architect) once you have completed any of our plans. However, if you do wish to continue working with us, you can let us know in writing by sending an email to hello@myfintect.com before the 6th month of your plan, and we will work with you to propose an extension based on your needs, if deemed necessary by myFinTect™, LLC (DBA My Financial Architect).

If you are dissatisfied with the service you received from myFinTect™, LLC (DBA My Financial Architect) upon completion of any of our plans, you may request a Refund Request Form by emailing us at hello@myfintect.com. Upon consideration of the form, myFinTect™, LLC (DBA My Financial Architect) may, in its sole discretion, offer a partial refund. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we are not required to issue a refund to any client.

In no event shall myFinTect™, LLC (DBA My Financial Architect) have any liability to you for damages, losses and causes of action for accessing this site. Information on this website should not be considered a solicitation to buy, an offer to sell, or a recommendation of any security in any jurisdiction where such offer, solicitation, or recommendation would be unlawful or unauthorized.
